Númenor Sourcebooks Overview
This covers the sourcebooks for adventuring in and arond the time of Númenor.
You will find links and information here for the various SourceBooks (SB's) based on and around Nùmenor.
Materials
include Wiki pages for the core source material being worked on, and PDFs of drafts
and completed revisions of the sourcebooks themselves.
The goal of these books is to provide enough material that the
Gamemaster can prepare and continue a multitude of potentially never-ending campaigns set in and around Numenor.
Campaign modules are the "Middle Road" between Ready-to-play Adventure Modules, and the purely source-material Sourcebooks.
Ready-to-play Adventure Modules are usually ready to play with a minimum of preparation, just a little reading ahead. Generally good for a few game sessions before being completed.
Sourcebooks are large tomes of information on areas, people, economy, weather, politics, geography, culture, etc. They provide broad and in-depth material that may inspire many campaign ideas, but are not directly usable as a playbook.
Campaign Modules have some ready-to-play-like material, in that there is usually at least one game adventure detailed, and sometimes several, but Campaign Modules require a bit more preparation than ARPs (Adventures-Ready-to-Play) on the part of the GM to be most effective.
Many/most campaign modules will be based on information from these Sourcebooks, but also much of the information in the Sourcebooks will be fleshed out while building campaigns, so there is a perpetual growth in detail and synergy between Sourcebooks and Campaign Modules (CM's).
The following Sourcebooks are slated for creation or are already progressing or completed:
- "Númenor, The Land". Details the geography, weather, climate, natural resources, etc.

- "Númenor, The Realm". This will be the eventual amalgamation of the "The People" and "The Land", with additional information that didn't qutie fit in the other two SB categories such as the distant Eastern and Southern realms discovered, populated, and/or conquered by the Númenoreans during thei various expansionist eras beyond their own island continent.
